Step Mediation Google Ads Landing Pages  ·  Review for Dayana
Live for review · v1.6
For Dayana · Step Mediation · 2026-05-13

Your ads are working. The next thing to optimize is where they land.

Seven new landing pages, custom-built for each Google Ads campaign.

RD Psych and RD Overwatch are already converting well on the same ad strategy. Step Mediation runs the same playbook on the campaign side, and we're delighted to see the other three properties performing. What's been missing here is a landing page built for paid traffic. That's what these seven pages are. Six are wired to your live ad groups; civil mediation is built and ready for a future ad group when budget allows.

We're delighted to see your other properties converting so well.

RD Psych, RD Overwatch, and the wider portfolio are performing on the same Google Ads playbook we run across your sites. On Step Mediation the campaign side is following the exact same approach. The one piece that hasn't matched up to the others yet is the landing page itself, and that's what we've rebuilt here. Same standard, applied to this property.

Executive Summary

What we're shipping, and why.

  1. Ads side is working. The campaign architecture mirrors what's already converting on your other three properties. Targeting, ad copy, match types, and negatives are sound.
  2. The remaining lever is landing page experience. Step Mediation's homepage is built for browsing. Paid traffic needs intent-matched landing pages that mirror the exact keyword the searcher typed. That's the optimization left on the table.
  3. Seven pages, six wired to ad groups, one built for civil: Divorce Mediation, Separation Agreements, Family Mediation, Prenuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, Postnuptial Agreements, plus a Civil Mediation page now built and ready for a future ad group. Each URL exactly mirrors the keyword in the matching ad group.
  4. Brand-aligned to stepmediators.com: real logo, photos of you, Moira, and Robin, navy and Cormorant fonts, the brand line "Conflict is exhausting. The process forward shouldn't be." carried through.
  5. Compliance built in: "Mediation is not legal advice", ILA recommended language, PIPEDA opt-out, statutory-exception disclosures. Credentials shown only on the regulated terms (ADRIO / ADRIC). No outcome guarantees.
  6. Hosted separately from your main site. Ohaji's WordPress build stays untouched. No second page builder, no plugins on your site, no risk to performance. Custom-coded, fast-loading, mobile-first.
  7. Zero extra cost to Step. This is part of CSP's existing PPC fulfillment. The only ask is a one-line DNS record so we can move from the temporary staging URL to lp.stepmediators.com.

Anything that might come up

Questions you and Ohaji might have. Answered up front.

Everything below is designed to make this easy for both of you.

For Ohaji

The web-dev side, in plain language.

"Are you installing anything on the WordPress site?"

No. These pages are not on the WordPress build at all. They are hosted on our own infrastructure as a separate microsite. No second page builder, no new plugins, no theme conflicts.

"Will this affect site performance?"

Different host, different DNS, different stack. The pages are fully isolated from stepmediators.com.

"What do you need from me?"

One DNS A-record at the registrar (e.g. lp → 204.168.203.29). 30-second task, no WordPress changes.

"Who maintains these?"

We do. Hosting, monitoring, updates, security: all CSP. Your scope and timeline don't change.

For Dayana

The business side, in plain language.

"Is this within scope, or is Step paying extra?"

Within CSP's existing PPC fulfillment. No additional cost to Step. No additional ask of Ohaji's time.

"How is this different from how the other three sites work?"

Same intent-matched landing page pattern. Those three sites had cooperative dev environments so the PPC pages live directly inside the site. Step Mediation's build is locked in, so we ship outside it. Same outcome: pages that turn paid clicks into booked consultations.

"When can we expect conversions?"

As soon as Arik points the ads at the new URLs. April spend ran against the homepage. May runs against these. Arik's CPA target is $50 to $80 per consult booking.

"Is the messaging compliant for Ontario family mediation?"

Every claim is defensible. "Mediation is not legal advice" disclosed. ILA recommended before signing. PIPEDA consent on the form. Qualified Mediator (ADRIO / ADRIC) credentials surfaced accurately, with no Registered Psychotherapist or Corporate Counsel claims per your 2026-05-15 feedback. No outcome guarantees, no overclaims on cost or timeline.
